There are several internal stakeholders from an organisational perspective, that will have a legitimate interest in the outcome. For example, stakeholders could include the coachee’s line manager, Organisational Performance/HR contact and the team that the coachee manages.
Stakeholder check-in and check-out meetings between Coach, Manager and Coachee guarantee alignment, accountability and commitment to sustainable results.
